Ronaldinho - A Legend of football

Brazil - a nation of football legends. From pele in  1957 to the current great - Neymar; Brazil is full of great players. Brazil is called "o Pais do Futebol"(the country of football). In Brazil, most players play football as a passion. 

From the beginning of Football, some are so talented, for example - current Neymar is so good that one of the greatest football clubs FC Barcelona wanted to pay 50 million euros for him to play for their club. The talent in Brazil, I have seen is mind-blowing. Ultra-mega awesome players all over the pitch in defense, midfield, and attack.

However, since the glory days of Porto Alegre, no one has quite captured our imaginations. No one that is apart from one wired tall guy from Gremio, with buck teeth and some outrageous ball control. Yes, u guessed right. I am talking about the great Ronaldo Assis Moreira, better known to all as Ronaldinho. 

From an early age, Ronaldinho was a great trickster. His friends and brothers always knew playing against him was only fun if he didn't turn up because he had one of the best ball control, vision, and wonder of short and long passing. 

At an early age, he went to Gremio for a 5 million euro transfer to Paris st. German. In PSG, he played for 2 seasons so well that he impressed many people in the world with his skills. 

The story of Ronaldinho joining FC Barcelona is a tale of deceit and was wired. In 2003, both Barcelona and Real Madrid want to take David Beckham skipping Ronaldinho for wired tall guys. As David Beckham was the football great poster boy, these clubs want to take him. That time, Beckham join Real Madrid skipping Barcelona. So Barcelona takes Ronaldinho to their squad. The next season Barcelona got the result as they won the Champions League and the best club award. This happen because of this weird guy who score the most crucial 2 goals on El Classico and was selected as the best player in that season. He won the Ballon d'Or and UEFA club forward of the year in 2005 just after joining FCB. Ronaldinho was one of the main players on the squad winning the 2002 world cup for Brazil. After that, he won a bunch of trophies for Brazil and some of the clubs like FCB, and AC Milan. 

Till the end of his career, he played in the best forms. When he plays, the defenders moan and sigh in sadness. They didn't have an answer to his devilish trickery, just like his friends didn't when he was a child in Porto Alegre. 

As a player, Ronaldinho may not have won as many trophies or scored as many goals as Messi or Ronaldo, but he won the hearts of most of the football audiences. The next generation will always see his magical skill and gameplay and think why they were not born at the time of Ronaldinho. He is an inspiration for the footballers as like he is the inspiration for Messi. He will be the inspiration for the upcoming footballers too.
